Service Now Consultant – €90-95K
Market leading international consultancy organisation requires a ServiceNow consultant for the team in their Dublin office.

This role also comes with a highly flexible remote working arrangement, with the ServiceNow consultant being required on client sites or the company’s easily accessible Dublin HQ 1-2 days per week.
Essential Candidate Requirements
* A strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline, from a recognised third level institution
* ServiceNow Certification such as ServiceNow® Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow® Certified Architect, ServiceNow® Certified Implementation Specialist would be most welcome but significant experience with these technologies will suffice
* Around 3+ years’ experience implementing ServiceNow
* A deep technical and functional knowledge of IT Service Management
* Certification and/or knowledge of ITIL
* Knowledge of the ITSM Market including other ITSM type products and platforms
* Experience working in a client facing role for a leading consulting or professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex technical projects or systems integration projects or experience working for a leading company, in delivery of technical projects or systems integration projects
* Experience in one or more of our focus industries including Energy & Assets, Financial Services, Government & Public Sector, Health & Wellness, Consumer Product & Retail, Telecommunications Media & Technology, Advanced Manufacturing
* Experience of working in a matrix managed organisation
* Experience in the establishment, training and management of teams comprised of clients, contractors and client strategic partners
* Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit various audiences, with the ability to translate IT strategy into measurable business benefits
* Have a track record of delivery within multiple large-scale technical transformation projects
* Have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile and re-usable solutions
* Experience in Configuration Management, Service Request Management and Service Level Management. Additionally, experience in the space of Risk Management/GRC would be a plus
* Certification and/or knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
