Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable designs and quality builds.
• Produce detailed documentation and clearly communicate system functionality to both business and IT teams.
• Perform unit and functional testing to validate system designs.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting practices.
• Analyze and design data integration for inbound/outbound integrations.
• Participate in all phases of the solution delivery lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and training.
• Scope, estimate, and manage large-scale projects.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, consultants, and IT teams.
• Manage time and resources efficiently to meet multiple project demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams.
• Proven experience in scoping, estimating, and managing large projects.
