A record 221,895 people are now employed in companies supported by Enterprise Ireland bringing it to the highest total employment level in the 20-year history of the agency. Other figures released at Enterprise Ireland’s annual End of Year Statement announcement show that 16,971 new jobs were created by Enterprise Ireland supported companies in 2019 and 65 percent of total employment by Enterprise Ireland backed companies is now outside of Dublin.
